A platform account is different from fan club membership
A ticket platform account lets you sign in, apply and check orders. Fan club presales may have separate membership requirements or cut-off dates. A platform account alone does not establish eligibility.
Read the announcement for general sales too
General sales, first-come presales and lottery presales work differently. “General” does not guarantee that no account, verification or device requirements apply. Check the event’s sales instructions.
Check purchase codes for this round
Some rounds require a serial code included with a CD or other purchase. Check the eligible product, round and expiry date. Do not assume a code works for other rounds or share it publicly.
If eligibility is missing, check the source
Expand conditions, applicable sessions and sources on the event page. Check membership, purchase limits and required codes. Treat membership as unnecessary only when explicitly stated; consult the official announcement if information is missing.
